the President and CEO of Unity Physician Group. It is my honor
and privilege to have helped lead the physicians and staff of
Unity since 1972. The history of all Unity providers and facilities
shows a tremendous dedication and commitment to providing high
quality health care. Our accomplishments of the past will help
us to continue to grow and prosper by being responsive to the
needs of the communities we serve. We will continue to make
quality patient care and excellent customer service our highest
priorities. We believe in doing “whatever it takes” to keep
our health care standards high.
I would like to

 Timothy
Burrell, MD, MBA, is Vice President of Clinical Services for Unity Physician
Group. Dr. Burrell focuses on enhancing the clinical practice
environment while taking administrative needs into account.
To this end, he has sought to strategically employ information
technology, process improvement and customer service principles.
Additionally, Dr. Burrell coordinates the interaction
between clinical sites, administrative departments and
partner groups. He also oversees provider recruiting and
scheduling for Unity.

 Lynn
Schenck is Vice President of Operations. Drawing on more
than 30 years of management experience, Lynn guides our
efforts to effectively deploy new processes and technologies
to help us better serve our patients through improvements
in the quality of care we provide and the level of customer
service we deliver.

 Larry Polley, Corporate Controller, has thirty plus years of financial management related experience. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining accounting and treasury policies and procedures for the corporation, as well as directing the preparation and presentation of its financial and tax reporting.

 Mark
Dame, MHA, CPHRM, FACHE, Vice President of Risk Management
and Insurance Services, brings 20+ years of health care
management and consulting experience. He provides enterprise
risk management, risk financing, claims management, and
strategic leadership at the corporate and client level.
